TOPIC: end date-time for registration

end date-time for registration 11 years 2 months ago #21426

I could not find documentation on this topic.
If I specify an end date for registration in the "event registration" area, an example: 2-27-2013 11:00:00, will that allow registrants to subscribe until 11 am on February 27?
I'm assuming that the answer is yes, but I want to make sure.
