Then WHY have these forums - to frustrate your customers?

Totally unacceptable.

Hire more staff to monitor these forums then please. Your software is expensive enough - eat more bread and cheese or raise the price.

Really- you are developing really wonderful tools.

I cannot find the JOIN button either and have watched the integration video 4x - there is a bug somewhere.

BTW - I also submitted 3 tickets 26+ hours ago with only the ROBOT automated response...

Lets take it up a notch people...
