TOPIC: Won't let me edit images

I was trying to add descriptions to my image gallery but when I click on the button to edit the images, it goes to the single image and doesn't load the image or what I can edit about the image. The loading bar just spins and the box to edit information never pops up. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you
