I would like to know how to integrate thumbnails and gallery images into the JOOMLA cache in order to optimize the load of my pages.

Images are already cached. They are only created once (when a visitor is viewing them) and once an image is created it's cached until you make changes to it (modify the crop area). So it's already using caching and there's nothing more to optimize.
