I use background images for my bullets in my Joomla template.

The same background image is also used for formatting the thumbnails of RSMediaGallery.

How can I overrule the standard Joomla CSS to make sure the background images are not shown for RSMediaGallery?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

We have to put anything in the CSS of the component or the plugin? I used template created with Artisteer.
