I wonder if I could use this as a survey tool.

It looks promising, but the examples and things are just vague enough to keep from buying it without asking first.

Hello,

It really depends on your use scenario. I guess you can have surveys, instead of feedbacks, but on a survey there are multiple questions involved. You could set a maximum of 1 vote per feedback, but the user will not be forced in any way to vote for all questions (feedback items).
