Hi!

As I can see, I can write a new ticket (as admin/staff). But how to assign it to an existing customer account? Sometimes my customers call me via phone and do not open a ticket via email or website. In such cases I have to open the ticket for the customer. I can do that, but - as far as I know - only under the credentials of my own user. But these tickets should be linked/assigned to the correct customer. How to do?
