TOPIC: Problem with ticket status

Problem with ticket status 1 week 2 days ago #44042

Hi,
We're having an issue with the ticket status reverting to Validated (ID 3) when adding a comment. We've added two additional statuses to the three default ones. We can set the ticket status correctly, but when we add a comment, the ticket status reverts to ID 3 (Validated in French).
Do you have a solution?
