Standard installation (latest build of both RS and Joomla 5.3.1 ) and whe I try to submit a ticket without adding an attachment I am told I have to include the atachment to submit.

Where can I edit which fields are required and not required (I am surprised there is no where on the backend to be able to do this)
The administrator has disabled public write access.
