We have set up RSTicket Pro on a website running Joomla 3.10.11 and the "message" field when a support ticket is opened is not writable.

What could be causing this.
I have tried reinstalling RSTicket Pro and updating but non of this solves that issue.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
