Hello,

The very welcome new ability of tickets export in CSV isn't working in my intranet.
I enabled the option "Can export Tickets" in the desired staff group, and when I check some tickets to export and hit the button "Export CSV", the progress bar of the download appears in 0% but remains unchanged and nothing happens.

I'm using version 2.4.2 of RSTickets! Pro with Joomla 3.9.22.

I tried in Firefox, Chrome and the new Edge with cookies cleared, but the result is always the same.

Am I missing to enable some extra option to export tickets?

Hello,

Since we use RsTickets Pro in our intranet we cannot provide the required valid page link to submit a support ticket.

Nevertheless, the tickets export in CSV started working some time ago, but i don't remember precisely which update corrected it.
