Hello
all the received tickets are plain text, no breaks, no paragraphs, no links no nothing.
How can I change this so I can see the emails clients send with a friendlier format instead of a squished paragraph?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

This points to your Text Filters settings (backend > System > Global Configuration > Text Filters) - for example your user group may have "No HTML", that you can try setting to be "Default Blacklist" instead. Ensure that you're however checking this for the correct user group that you're using to access tickets.
