Today I noticed that a pdf attached in an email was refused in the ticket creation using the Cron Email Parser functionality returning the following error in the Log:
[WARNING] Extension is not allowed for department Vendas, dropping attachment Certidão Caracteristicas Afinadas[23058430092141994.

The full name of the file attached in the email is "Certidão Caracteristicas Afinadas[2305843009214199493].pdf", but the name was truncated in the Log and this could be an issue related with the file name length.

Can someone knows if there exists any limit related with the file name length and how to avoid this problem?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

A new RSTickets!Pro Cron plugin version has just been released. Have yours updated and then test this once more (of course your Vendas Department needs to have pdf within the allowed extensions area).
