Hey guys, if this is already possible then please someone let me know how to do it. I use RSTickets Pro to assign tasks to my team. I'm interested in the ability to manually sort the order of the tickets. I have multiple Priority levels, but within those I'd like to be able to have them address them in a certain order.

Example:
Of course they will address "Urgent" tickets before anything else, but there might be 3 urgent tickets. I want to be able to manually order those tickets so that my team knows exactly which order I want them to work on the tickets.

Anything like this possible?
