Rather than having just one staff member deal with a ticket, we have multiple staff members that may handle any one ticket.

Because of this, we need our ticket system to be able to send emails from tickets to multiple staff members with multiple email addresses. Then, whoever needs to handle it, can respond via email to the ticket. In some cases, multiple staff members may actually work on one ticket.

Is this possible now with RSTickets Pro?

Hello
Same "Problem" here.
Im coming from "frestyle Support" to RS-TIckets (this script is no longer supported and goes down).
There it was possible, to receive mails also from tickets they are assigned to another member.
This was very helpful to overview, whats going on.

I'm very interested, to have the same functionality here.
