TOPIC: No Tickets Showing in Manage Tickets

No Tickets Showing in Manage Tickets 5 years 6 months ago #38507

I'm logged in as super user and all the tickets that use to show in Manage Tickets are gone. I have no filters set in Manage Tickets.

All new tickets submitted do not show up in the Manage Tickets.

The tickets can be found when logging into the front end of the site by users.

I'm not seeing error messages when it set server error reporting to maximum.
