Hi There,

Is it possible to submit a ticket as a guest, without creating a user?
I mean let's say there is a user, he is facing some login issue and cannot login to the portal, so how he will be able to submit a ticket ?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

A user will always be created in order to keep the conversation private. You can however:

- allow guests to submit tickets (via RSTickets!Pro configuration), though if the email address doesn't exist, a new user will be created.

- use the RSTickets!Pro Cron plugin (which can provide a back and forward conversation via email directly - users won't even have to login or access your website). Note that this plugin is purchased separately.
