The files that are attached to tickets (ftp: //name@name.com/public_html/pt/components/com_rsticketspro/assets/files/filename) are saved to an encrypted name.
How can we reverse the encrypted names to the actual file name? In the table "rsticketspro_ticket_files" can not find any information that has relationship between the names. We have the actual name of the file in the table "rsticketspro_ticket_files" but can not identify the file in the "/ com_rsticketspro / assets / files". Can you help me? Thank you very much!  |
