TOPIC: Compatibility?

I have tried to use RSTickets Pro (v2.0.7) with two different templates but I am experiencing the same problem. I am not able to see the ticket form! Instead I see a Log Out button like in the link below: screencast.com/t/iZ5ArO8ne.

I am using Joomla 3.4.8. Are these two versions not compatible?

Is there a problem with the templates? (Yootheme Gusto & Joomlart Uber)
The administrator has disabled public write access.
