It would seem that RSFormsPro cannot be used with RSTickets, so how else could we have the users logging into RSTickets also login to two different user groups within Joomla, the reason being that we would like to have both normal users and dealers logging into the website with different areas of access.

The topic title refers to an RSForm!PRo integration with RSTickets!Pro for the ticket submission form, but the actual content of the post doesn't seem to reflect this. Can you provide a more accurate explanation on what exactly are you trying to do ?

PS: Note that you can actually create custom ticket fields per department.
