hi
is there anyway to check ticket answer without log-in and send a ticket without registering ?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

A ticket is a private conversation between a customer and a staff member. "Privacy" is achieved via registered level.

You could try using the RSTickets!Pro Cron plugin, but it will still create corresponding user accounts for your customers.
