Hi ,

I find it quite weird ,when registered user submit ticket they still need to select users from the list or key in the user details. where do I disable this . I want registered user to submit ticket without rekeyin or select user .

This is only available if the current logged in user is assigned as a staff member (to one or more departments). Regular users are not able to select an user for which it can submit a ticket on behalf of.
