I have been following RSTickets for some time and wondered if there is any active development going on with it? Other than see it be Joomla 3.x compatible, there does not appear to be any significant enhancements released in a very long time (unless I am mistaken).

I'm not sure if the feeling is that its matured enough and does not need anything else, but still curious just the same.

From what I see, things like ticket merging are not possible among others features I'ver seen out there.

RSTickets!Pro is a mature project and updates are rather rare, but it is still being developed further.
