Does anyone know if there's a way to trigger an e-mail when a ticket is closed? We want to have a QC person get notified when tickets are closed, so they can periodically check to make sure work was handled appropriately.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Unfortunately there is no default feature for this. Such a requirement will require source code modifications.

RSTickets!Pro does deliver (manually) an email when tickets are eligible for auto-closing.
