Hi - I'm new to RSTickets but it appears that in the department setup that pdf and excel files are not allowable. It accepted zip and doc file types. Is this true or is it controlled somewhere else in the Joomla configuration? Thanks Shawn

Go to Departments > Click on the department you want to allow the attachment to > Click on Uploads tab > list in the Allowed Extensions box each type you want on a new line. New word docs and excels carry 4 letters for their extensions.

pdf
