Hello
I did configure the Autoclose settings like this.


Enable Autoclose - YES
Check for tickets marked for autoclosing every - 180 (minutes)
Days a ticket should go into autoclose status - 3
Days a ticket should be autoclosed - 3(after notification is sent)

But still every ticket is open even after 3 days of inactivity
I was thinking if this has to do with the Language files. Couse in my system i renamed the Status fileds in my language swedish.
Any one ????
