TOPIC: Only Registered Users

I would like to setup RS Tickets Pro on my site and make it available to only Registered users.

I changed the configuration to only accept tickets from registered users but the front end still displays

"New User" and "Registered User"

I also would like the customer field to auto populate since only registered users would be using this extension.

I have not installed Community Builder yet but I probably will want to use this component too. Hopefully there will not be any issues with this.

Please advise my best course of action for accomplishing this task.
