Hello,

I installed the RSTicketsPro Report plugin. Once installed, the whole RSTicketsystem goes white. I looked for the file and it is looking for a toolbar.php inside the helper directory inside the administrator folder of the site im using. There seems to be an issue there when the link to the reports section is being added. Kindly check.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
