Just updated to the latest version of RSTicketsPro and find the ticket layout very loud.
when we open a ticket the ticket body is defined by a Blockquote, a class defined in our template for highlighting text, and used in many other templates as well to perform the same task, so why is the default ticket layout using Blockquote rather than a simple Paragraph tag?

The current page layout is not appropriate for a helpdesk, it ends up looking like a yelling match.

As well the tabs or sliders used appear as a rather plain looking list.
Still no RSTickets Menu on any RSTickets page, makes navigation rather ugly.

Anyone have a work around for these issues?
