Hi,
I am trying to create an auto ticket conversion to article rule.

So I am trying to create a custom field "knowledge Base: Yes/No" but I would like this field to only show for staff members and not the customers.

Also I created the rule if custom field Knowledge Base = Yes then auto convert but it does not auto convert.
When do the tickets auto convert?
What is the event that has to happen?

Do I have to go to the back end and do the auto convert button in manage messages ?
