Is there any way to limit the number of tickets users in certain user groups can submit in a given time period? I want to build a site where users in Group 1 can submit 5 tickets per month, users in Group 2 can submit 20 tickets per month and users in Group 3 can submit an unlimited number of tickets per month. Is that possible with RSTickets Pro?

Hello,

Unfortunately RSTickets!Pro does not incorporate any built-in functionality that will allow you to limit the number of tickets users can submit based on the user group within a time period.

This can be achieved through template overrides, but advanced scripting knowledge are required. You can read more about template overrides here:

The file you would need to perform template overrides is located under this path:

\components\com_rsticketspro\views\submit\tmpl\default.php
