Hello,

Has anyone else had problems getting the redirect to work after a ticket is submitted?

"Redirect to URL (after successful submission)" under Configuration.

I've left this value blank and set it to my website and even Google without any luck. Each time I submit a ticket, it simply goes to a blank page and the web address says I'm still on the ticket submission page. I experience this issue on Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

The actual ticket is submitted though, the redirect simply doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated. If you need any additional details, please let me know. Thank you.
