TOPIC: New Departments tickets do not show in Back End

New Departments tickets do not show in Back End 12 years 2 months ago #21486

Hello,

I had set up my ticketing system with 3 departments and many sub topics and tested it and everything worked great. I then added a 4th department and set it up exactly as the first 3, I then assigned the department to myself and another staff member.

When a user submits the ticket it displays completely normal when they are logged in and it plays completely normal when myself or the other staff member is logged into the front end view of the ticket layout. However only the new departments tickets do NOT display on the backend display under "Manage Tickets".

Am I missing something or is this a bug? I have tried a couple of new departments and they are all the same.

Please try logging out and then logging back in for the new staff member permissions to be taken into account. Please also make sure you are not using any custom searches.
