Hi,
for my customer, there is selpdesk with a few departments. I set RSTicket!Pro and members of each department can see only tickets for their departments. It is cool.

But when use filtering (search form) there are tickets for all departments.

Can you help me to change it, customer needs to filter only tickets for specific department according to logged in user.

The rest of componen works great.
