TOPIC: Emails are Not Sending at All

Emails are Not Sending at All 12 years 5 months ago #20196

I have set emails up properly. I have checked the settings in joomla under global config. I have checked that departments and staff are connected properly. I have added the cron processor and even set up a cron on the server. No matter what I do - email is not sending to staff to notify them that there is a new ticket and it's not sending to client when I reply from the admin side. What am I missing? PLEASE HELP.... thanks
