Need the ability to Export the reports generated in RSTickets!Pro to an MS Excel file. Currently I use Dioscouri Billets and SQl 2 Excel Pro to manually create reports on a monthly basis for each of my customers. These reports are high level, User and Subject only, covering closed tickets generated each month with how much time is spent for each ticket and a total time spent on all tickets for the month. This is a key for accountability and a must have for me to purchase RSTickets!Pro.

Hello,

I use jDBExport to do this kind of stuff with Schedules and e-mail functionalities.
All exports go automatically.

Hello,

Thank you. I looked at jDBExport as a replacement to SQL 2 Excel Pro which I have running on Joomla 1.5.26; but won't run on 2.5. I just purchased RSTickets! Pro on Black Friday with all the plugin's. As the last revision is over one year old is there an update in the works and a possible release date if there is such an update?

I am also eagerly waiting for that export possibility. Is it on the roadmap, for the next release?

Hello scottandrewgeorge,

JDBExport released an new version.
I have let them fix some mayor issues in the extension.
I use Joomla! 2.5.8 with the latest JDBExport and it works perfectly.
