I have 2 departments Billing and TECH Support. I have created the staff and assigned them to their respective departments. I would like to allow them to sign into the back-end to support ticket inquiries but only have access to the RSTickets Pro component. How is this accomplished, I have tried different user levels but have not been successful. I will continue trying to figure this out but could use the help. Thanks

Hello,

Please note that the same functions can be accomplished from the front-end area. However if this is a must you can simply use basic ACL support available for Joomla! 2.5: Components > RSTickets!Pro, notice the "Options" button located on the top-right corner.

If you are using Joomla! 1.5 you will need to rely on third party access management components.
