Hello

As Admin, and a member of no groups and departments, when I view in the backend (or front) the 'Manage Ticket's page, I am presented with a normal view - which in our case is 24 tickets.

When on of our other admins logs in, who is a member of the 'full control' staff group (every option ticked) and one of the departments, she sees just 10 tickets listed.

She has no saved search, and the tickets appear to be from a variety of departments, some open and some closed.

Any ideas?

Hello ,

Please ensure that she's part of the staff members on all departments and recheck her permissions.
Clicking on the Components >> RSTickets!Pro >> Staff Groups will display a list of all your
configured RSTickets!Pro groups where you can set permissions.
Also check if her username appears here Components >> RSTickets!Pro >> Staff Members.
