We already know that it´s possible to create multiple departments, but we need different departments "Select List" with a nesting level like this:

Our client in sending ticket process:
first of all our client would select the city in the box "Select List", next would open another box department "Select List" where there would be available other options, for example "wood, crystal, metal..". Then, our client choose for example "Wood" and should appear another box department with different kinds of wood available in that city, for example "Doors, Windows or furniture". Finally most important thing is that choosing for example "Doors" in the las department, ticket would been sent to agent who manage doors made of wood in that city.

So, we need that component could create multiple nesting departments, and clients could send ticket only to the agents who manage the work from the last department (City>Wood>Doors), because there would be in every city two agents for every kind of articles availables in that city.
