Hello, I post also to support with one problem what can not find....

How I can make support ticket just for specific group user? Example VIP group that can post ticket just users from VIP group? Thanks for any help.....

Hello,

An easy solution for your described scenario would be to create a new user group for your VIP members, then restrict access to the RSTickets!Pro "Submit ticket" menu item only to that specific group.
