TOPIC: Email notification

Hi,
Our email notification does not seem to be working, As an administrator I reply to a ticket and the client has indicated that they did not recieve an email with the response.

I have looked in the configuration area but not sure where else to look, could anyone point me in the right direction please.

Hello,

Check your Joomla! configuration and test it through system mails.
