Hi,

I am undertaking a new project in which RS Tickets Pro does absolutley everything I need it to apart from one requirement from the client.

Is it possible when addding a new ticket to submit it against a Joomla user? This way the admin who is filling in the ticket can select the user instead of typing in their details every time and also have better reporting.
