Hi,
if someone write an email and this email is fetched by the cron and send an answer to the given email-address ... and this email-address does not exist - then normally bounces will be send. how can i avoid, that this bounces open a new ticket, they should be not open a new ticket - because it will open hundred of new cases ... like ping-pong  thank you and best regards mark |
