Hello
when sending emails to the user and the administrator of a new ticket, the mail says "no return" and I would like to say the name of my website
where configure this option
The administrator has disabled public write access.

All RSTickets!Pro related emails can be configured within the Components > RSTickets!Pro > Email Messages.
