Hi guys,

I'm just wondering if you can set email submission notifications based on the Priority of a ticket??

For example - I want priority 1 and 2 tickets to go directly to our IT contractor, but priority 3 - 6 can go to our Admin Manager to see if we can solve it internally before being allocated to our IT contractor.

Hope this makes sense!

Unfortunately this cannot be achieved in the current version of RSTickets! Pro.
