We're using RSTickets! Pro 2.0.0 rev 7 with the cron responder plugin. It's working fine, but the {ticket} link in the response to the sender of the email contains a backend link .
e.g.: httpxx://www.mysite.org/j17root/administrator/index.php?option=com_rsticketspro&view=ticket&cid=29:test-from-my-gmail-address
Is there a setting or a fix for this problem?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
