TOPIC: Knowledgebase not working

I've created several knowledgebase articles, however, when I try to reply to a ticket and enter words that are in the knowledgebase article, nothing comes up.

Is there a setting that needs to be changed for the AJAX to work? Coincidently, the reports are not showing in graphical form either which I thouth was also AJAX driven.

Please advise.
