hello,

i bought rstickets!pro last week. i create some tickets with attachments but i dont know in which directory the attachments are saved on the localhost or in database.

Hello,

The ticket attachments are uploaded in the components/com_rsticketspro/assets/files folder. Please note that when the upload is performed the name of the file is saved in the database and the file is then renamed.
