Any chance tracking support time and ticket filtering are being implemented soon?
I would really appreciate the functions.

I now only see sorting and search and no ticket filtering in the back-end.
Maybe also a good idea to implement it with RSForms Pro?

Hello,

We have a tracking support time feature on the to do list for RSTickets! Pro and it will be added to the component in it's future updates.

The Manage Tickets area in backend has a Search box which permits users to search for tickets that share a certain keyword as well as the user specific searches being displayed in the given section. We also have improvements for this search functionality in the to do list for RSTickets! Pro.
