Hi

I have not looked too deep into the code yet.

Can we add custom code to the ticket layout?
I want to add a custom attachment feature.

I want the ability to upload and attach an image or file to a ticket.
I do NOT want to use the default joomla browser as it is very unprofessional and frankly ugly as a wart on a fat ladies arse.

So I want to make sure the script is not encoded.

Thoughts?
